The slab was poured on Wednesday afternoon. The weather was perfect for this type of work. We will begin framing on this home next week.
Phase 5 lots are now ready for permitting in Orchard Park. I have 2 lots available now. Lot 205 is a garden home lot. Lot 210 is a full size lot. Prices are listed on my website. If you see another lot you are interested in, I can probably trade for it with another builder.

We will be starting a new home in Abernathy, TX in about a month. This home will be on one of the best lots still in town. I’m really looking forward to working in Abernathy this Spring.

This home is moving right along. We are working on the roof and the interior electrical rough in. Next up is the exterior brick and stone.
